We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
We aim to deliver within 45 minutes of receiving the order, although this could be up to an hour and half during busy periods. We aim for collection orders to be ready 30 minutes after receiving an order but this could be up to an hour during busy periods.
We reserve the right to refuse any order should it be necessary for any reason and in the event of needing to issue a refund we will endeavour to do so within 2 working days.
You have the right to cancel an order up until food preparation is started.
Depending upon peak business times this could be as little as a few minutes.
Orders can only be cancelled by telephone.
Orders cancelled before food preparation is started will be reimbursed using the same method used for payment.
Any order cancelled after food preparation has begun will be charged to the customer, and no refund will be given.
We accept VISA / MasterCard to use as payment methods during the delivery of your order or after your meal at the Restaurant.
We also accept payments by Cash.
